Swagger & Jacks is an independent Barbershop established in Norwich in 2013 by Master Barber Mark Young, which has grown from a small Barbershop in the Norwich Lanes to our current location on Timber Hill in the heart of the City Centre with Barbering, Treatment Clinic and Lifestyle Clothing over three floors - and of course lots of Motorcycles!
