If you cannot find your discount on unisave.co.uk then the business may have amended their discount, stopped working with unisave or they may never have been part of Unisave.

As of now, Unisave's discount process does not work for phones without NFC capability.

I can't login with my university email

Currently, Unisave only works for student emails that end with .ac.uk. We will be widening availability to other emails soon.

If you do have a .ac.uk email then try the forgotten password button to see if you have an account with us already, this might be the reason you cannot make a new account.
